Let's Connect
We will set up a preliminary Zoom meeting or in person, depending on distance. This includes a discussion on your needs and expectations on the services needed. At this time, there will NOT be inventory or payroll and the only bookkeeping software is QuickBooks.

Are We a Good Fit?
After the initial call and we both determine we are a good fit, we will do a discovery session to take a look at where we are at with your books and what kind of work needs to be done to start moving forward and what the work load looks like.

Estimate & Decision
The next step is that you will get an email with a written Quote and Engagement Letter that you can review, sign and return. Don't worry it's not a contract, only an agreement to services and payment method so we both are on the same page of what is expected. At any time, both parties may walk away from doing business together, if necessary.

Lean Back and Focus on Growing Your Company
Now, you can focus on your clients’ needs and growing your company. Every month, we will provide you with reports you requested in our first meeting. This information will help give you insight on the status of your company for each month so you can immediately make adjustments needed each month if need be to run your company efficiently and profitably.
